My name is Melissa Baffa and I am the driving force behind Mind's Eye Photography.

Growing up, I was instilled with an appreciation for natural beauty and the quality of light by my parents, who both worked in the film industry.  When I took my first photography class in high school, I was hooked.  I'm the person who carries a camera with her everywhere!  Although I did not decide to pursue a degree in photography, I kept my love alive during my college years by working in photofinishing and for a portrait photographer.  

Almost two decades since I was first hooked, I have now lived two lives, career-wise, first as a scientist and then as a teacher.  Now I am embarking on my third, and I am ready to do something that really excites me.

Over the past several years, I have worked with a variety of recording artists, families, sports programs, and individuals.  My work has been used for web sites, album art, and publication.  Feel free to contact me using the information on my final page to obtain a list of clients I have worked with.
